We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to fill out registration and medical history forms.

Our root canal fees vary depending upon the type of case.  For most routine root canal appointments, treatment is performed on the initial diagnosis visit if the treatment is necessary and the consultation fee is waived.  For more complex cases, 3-Dimensional Imaging and a thorough consultation visit may be necessary, and the treatment would be scheduled in a timely manner. 

We are a delta dental premier provider and we accept most traditional insurance plans and are happy to answer questions you may have regarding insurance.

Upon completion of root canal treatment, we ask that you return to our office in 6 months for a recall visit.  This allows us to thoroughly assess healing.  There is no fee for this recall visit.
